Elders Macro Wrap
The careful freighting of produce is essential to all of our growers no matter how big or small. Elders Macro Wrap is a pallet containment wrap that will enhance the way your final product arrives.
We understand that growers spend large amounts of time, energy and money to produce the best possible crops available. What can be overlooked is the fact that that your crop needs to remain in premium condition and freshness to ensure that you get the best possible price.
You can reduce your packaging costs by up to 50% as Macro Wrap can be applied quickly by hand or machine and you do not have to apply as much pallet film as standard pallet wrap. Macro Wrap has large ventilation holes, which helps increase the half cooling time as well as the 7/8 cooling time. The ventilation holes also allow more air to circulate through a pallet to help prevent heat build up in the centre and thereby increase the shelf life and quality of your fresh produce.
The strong holding force and superior memory based tension bands, built into the film means you can achieve greater load stability and therefore avoid load movement, damaged cartons and carton rub.
Wrap Perforated Hand Pre-Stretched P1 Lite
When applied correctly (for example to a 1.4m high pallet) you can use 160gms vs other stretch films using approx 260gms
Wrap Perforated Hand N1-5
This film can be stretched 300% to yield up to 750m.
Wrap Perforated Machine Pre-Stretched P1 Lite
This film has a 50% stretch, yielding an extra 50% in length. This roll is for friction brake machines which do not have power heads. (Motorised stretch head pre-stretches the material).
Wrap Perforated Machine N1-5
This film yields up to 300% more when applied on the right pre-stretch wrapping machine with motorised stretch head. The length of each Macro Ventilated Stretch Film increases depending on how the stretch film is stretched when being applied. This helps to decrease overall packaging costs along with providing better ventilation and better load stability.
