Coastal Christian Church began leasing property through Elders Real Estate, Rockingham in April 1994. Initially we leased one large unit on the property, as they became available. Staff from Elders Real Estate, Rockingham have always been professional in their dealings with us as well as being most helpful and accommodating. They alerted us to ways in which to minimise the "outgoings" as well as co-operating with us in facility improvements which were mutually beneficial to ourselves and the owner.

Over the six year period that we leased through Elders Real Estate, Rockingham we have found them to always be approachable and understanding with any issues that arose with the building facilities.
