Glenn Osborne - Consultant
Originally from the country (Conondale), Glenn Osborne, maintains country values with the business. He has lived and worked in the Everton Park area since 1988 and is currently regarded as “the statesman” of Real Estate in the area. Glenn has received many Sales Awards individually and the Everton Park Office is consistently one of the State’s Top Performers.
Glenn attended Padua College at Kedron, played football with Northern Suburbs Football Club before moving to Valley’s Football Club (where he gave something back to Rugby League by successfully coaching junior teams).
Glenn started his Real Estate Career in 1988 in a small 2 person office, over the years the profile of the office grew to become one the most successful offices in North Brisbane.
During the mid 1990’s Glenn, from the Everton Park office, was marketing and selling Brisbane Property in Hong Kong. With the take over of Hong Kong by Mainland China there was no further requirement for Australian Housing.
Glenn then put all his energies into the further development of the Everton Park Company and Brand Name. Over this period of time Glenn has seen many changes in the Real Estate industry – the most noticeable being the stricter controls on Licensing for Sales people, which he believes will only make the Industry better and more well respected by the general public.
After such a number of years Glenn still enjoys coming to work to help people sell or buy property and considers himself fortunate to be surrounded by such a professional and enthusiastic group of people.
