Pat Brown - Principal

Pat started the Manly Vale office in 1990 after a solid back ground supplying Computer Systems and Technical support for the real estate industries IT requirements. 

As the principal, he is focused on providing exceptional service for his property owners be it in property management or sales. His work ethic and office practice has developed strong loyalty from his staff which in turn gives clients a more continuous service approach. His attention to detail has led to long term client loyalty and his vision for the future will further benefit both staff and clients.
 
Elders Manly Vale is leading the way in the ever changing property market by focusing on the needs of his clients. His energetic pursuit of business excellence is mirrored in his personal life from playing tennis to snow skiing.

Davina Brown - Administration Manager

Davina’s background as a corporate travel consultant for 12 years has prepared her for some of the demands at Elders Manly Vale. 

After traveling extensively, her involvement in real estate occurred when she was offered a position with the Elders Real Estate Agency, after they sold her a house. That was 20 years ago and in the intervening years she and her husband eventually bought the business from him. Elders Manly Vale is a far cry from the original office they purchased back then. 

Davina now supports the office four days a week. Still a keen traveler she also enjoys swimming, reading, the arts and loves the theatre.

Kerry Johnson - Office Manager

Kerry started with Elders Manly Vale as a part-time Receptionist fifteen years ago, after her youngest child started school. She completed a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Diploma of Education in Primary School Teaching at Macquarie University. Kerry taught in Sydney’s Western suburbs for 8 years. At that time Kerry’s family became the top priority in her life and she left to become a full time mother to her three children.
 
Kerry brings a mature outlook to the many challenges encountered in a busy real estate office. She has lived on the Northern Beaches for approximately 40 years in the suburbs of Manly, Harbord, and Palm Beach with the last 19 years spent in Manly Vale. Kerry loves the freedom the beach-side suburbs offer and enjoys long walks along its many beaches.

Tina Martin - Accounts Manager

Tina started her working career as a chef, she trained and worked on the northern beaches before heading overseas to gain further experience. After starting a family she decided the industry was not for her and re-trained as a bookkeeper, she has been with Elders Manly Vale in accounts and sales administration since 2005.

Tina grew up on the northern beaches, currently resides in North Balgowlah and is heavily involved in many local community organisations.

She is Treasurer of Queenscliff SLSC and a Life Member of Seaforth Raiders Junior Rugby Club, a mother of two teenage sons and has numerous sporting interests.

Her organisational skills and attention to detail help her to keep up with the demands of such a busy lifestyle.

Erica Bertrand - Sales

Erica has been involved with Real Estate sales for the past 15 years, including principal/owner of Ray White Seaforth for 3 years, specialising in the Seaforth, Balgowlah, Fairlight, Allambie, Manly Vale and Manly areas of the Northern Beaches. During this time she has achieved many record sales, achieving the best possible price in the market for her clients. 

She has a genuine passion for property and having bought and sold a number of times, she understands exactly what clients require during this process. She is an excellent communicator and her superior negotiation skills, marketing strategies, empathy, dedication, and extensive experience have helped in building her business on referrals and repeat business. David Granger - Sales

David began his career in Gosford on the Central Coast in 1966 and that year completed the three year Real Estate Institute Course in licensing and valuation. He moved to Sydney in 1968 and until 1976 he worked in offices in Brookvale and Dee Why. In 1976 David purchased his own Manly Real Estate agency known as BHM Burgess Real Estate. He continued to run this very successful practice for the next 23 years undergoing various name changes until 1999 when it amalgamated with Elders Manly Vale. 

David is an experienced Auctioneer in both Commercial, Industrial and residential real estate and has earned a strong reputation of honesty and integrity within the area .He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge

Hayley Jessica Brown - Senior Property Manager

Hayley has been with the Elders organisation for a number of years, most recently moving to Manly Vale from the Dee Why franchise. Having worked in the family business since her teenage years, she assumed the role of Senior Property Manager in 2010.

Hayley is a Northern Beaches local, having grown up in Manly Vale, attended St Kierans Primary School and Stella Maris at Queenscliff. She has an intimate knowledge of the area, and participates in local activities including playing soccer for the Manly Vale Football Club.

In 2006 she attended the University of Technology doing a Bachelor of Design but has decided that her strengths are more suited to real estate and is now continuing her education therein.

Her attention to detail, fine judgement and resourcefulness has made her a sought-after real estate professional.

Stefano Castorina - Property Officer

Stefano first took on the Property Management position at the Dee Why franchise. He is now part of the Manly Vale team which is a great stepping stone in his career due to a larger Property Management role. 

Stefano is a Northern Beaches local, having grown up in Narraweena where he is still currently situated. Due to this and his passion for the Northern Beaches, Stefano has great local knowledge of the area. This adds to his interest for the Real Estate industry with the forever changing market, which he greatly enjoys learning about. 

Stefano attended Cromer Campus where he completed his HSC In 2005. He soon went on to acquire his license in Real Estate at TAFE which he greatly enjoyed and did very well in. Stefano also has a great passion for sport with soccer being his natural talent where he has competed in the NSW Premier League for the past ten years, as a player he was highly regarded and wants to put that same amount of dedication into his career as a Real Estate agent.

Cameron Bealey - Property Officer

Jeremy Coulson - Dee Why - Principal/Sales Manager

Jeremy started his real estate career in the United Kingdom over twenty years ago. 

Highly experienced in all aspects of property transactions and management he ran four real estate firms for a large organisation prior to his move to Australia. After an initial period in Australia with another agency, he has joined the fast growing team at Elders Dee Why. Jeremy’s skills at negotiating and his ability to draw on over twenty years of personal experience have been welcomed enthusiastically at the Dee Why office.

He currently resides in North Balgowlah with his wife and two teenage children. In his spare time he loves a game of golf and closely follows the English soccer league.

Karly Calabria - Dee Why - Property Manager

With over 10 years experience as a Property Manager, Karly joined Elders Real Estate Dee Why in 2010. Working throughout NSW, from Manly to Foster, Karly has experienced almost every situation Property Management can provide.
Karly is dedicated to providing a very high standard of service to her clients. She has a thorough understanding of the rules and regulations that govern property management as well as a strong personal moral code. She is extremely efficient and has always had successful business relationships with all her clients.
