Leonie spent twenty years in the financial sector and enjoyed assisting people with their home lending before embarking on her Real Estate career.
Since joining Elders Lennox Head in 1997 Leonie has had experience in all areas of the Real Estate business. Starting off as a receptionist, Leonie quickly progressed to managing holiday properties and co-ordinating sales support, which then led to a smooth transition to Sales Consultant.
Achieving outstanding results for her clients is what keeps Leonie motivated. She sets high standards, and is building her reputation on ensuring her clients receive an unparalleled level of service. Leonie thrives on the negotiation process and prides herself on her willingness to go the extra mile for her clients. Jason was born and bred on the Far North Coast but started his Real Estate career in the hustle and bustle of Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Jason’s family has a background in the industry and he knows what people expect from their agent. “My father sold real estate successfully for over 35 years. So I understand its all about helping people as much as you can, being honest and friendly and having good communication. This philosophy has made my job easier and much more

Jason had been the New Business / Letting Manager at Elders Lennox Head since January 2003 and has revelled in the challenges thrown at him. His background in Property Management has given him an invaluable knowledge of the local area and the current trends in both the rental and sale market.

After spending many summer holidays in Lennox Head Jason and his wife Tommie are excited about raising their young family here. They enjoy what Lennox has to offer and look forward to being a part of its future.

Kelly Hennessey - Sales PA

Kelly plays an important role in sales support, primarily in charge of administration and customer service; Kelly is very experienced in her field and only too pleased to help with any admin questions related to the sale or purchase of property.

Kelly is a diligent worker with a bubbly personality, for fun she loves the outdoors and any activity involving our beautiful beaches and waterways.

Debbie Lane - Property Manager

Debbie is kept extremely busy with all aspects of marketing our valued listings. Previously Debbie had 20 years experience in the photographic industry, which is evident from the high quality of advertising material she produces. Deb works closely with all of our sales team; web site hosts, newspapers and a graphic designer to produce an effective marketing plan second to none.

Out of work Debbie has 3 beautiful children to have fun with, she also loves playing sport, enjoying our great coffee spots, or just relaxing on one of our beautiful beaches.

Toni, our office manager is an experienced supervisor and administrator, ensuring all of our systems and equipment are up to speed and that our team are kept up to date with important training requirements.
In her free time Toni and her husband who is a flight instructor are both busy with their young family, home renovations, flight instructor business Aussie air.

Alison Franey - Property Management

After having a break to have a family Alison came to us with over 10 years experience in property management initially to help train a new employee, we loved her so much we convinced her to stay. She now works a couple of days a week to help where needed, and her wealth of experience is invaluable in the sometimes complicated issues of property management.
Al has three children and enjoys the best of both worlds with a balance between work and home, Alison really does love her work, family holidays, and everything a busy life has to offer.
