Scott Bennett - Principal

Scott has over 25 years full time sales experience, including 14 years in real estate and 12 years in information technology in both the Sydney and Brisbane markets.

Scott spent 4 years working for 2 of the larger independent real estate agents in the northern and hills districts of Sydney.

He has experience in all aspects of residential real estate, with a specific focus on land and home sales. He also understands the needs of both the purchaser and vendor, having bought and sold properties of his own in both NSW and Queensland.

His Queensland real estate career began in May 2001 at Ray White Cleveland, January 2002 saw the opening of the highly successful Ray White Redland Bay with Scott a partner and the principal.  In October 2004, he became the sole owner of Ray White Redland Bay.

2006 saw him set new goals and accept a position with Elders Limited as the State Franchise Manager based in Sydney.
This time was spent in coaching and developing over 45 existing offices in NSW and training new and experienced staff all over the country.

When an opportunity arose to return home and open an office in Cleveland he jumped at the chance.

The office is about to complete its third year of trading and Scott has been consistantly acknowledged in the top 5 Selling Principals at the Queensland awards.

Rowena brings a wealth of experience having been involved in the industry since 1994. She has experience in the promotion and sales of rural and residential properties including prestige homes, vacant land and units.
