V J Woodhouse & Son was first founded by Mr & Mrs V J Woodhouse as a family company over 44 years ago in Ulverstone. In 1983 the business was extended to Penguin. Being the only Real Estate office in Penguin has resulted in an extensive market exposure for the area.

As from the 1st July 2005 the amalgamation with Elders Real Estate to now be known as Elders V J Woodhouse Real Estate will provide a comprehensive system and broader network designed to meet all your future real estate requirements.
